Am I Eligible?

If you can check off the following criteria, your Northern Rivers property is likely eligible to secure this interest-free energy upgrade:

  • Your household’s total annual taxable income is $210,000 or less.

  • You hold the title to the property (either as an owner-occupier or a local residential landlord).

  • The home is physically situated in NSW (proudly servicing Tweed Heads, Murwillumbah, Kingscliff, Pottsville, Byron Bay, and surrounds).

  • You are a permanent resident or citizen of Australia.

  • The property is not classified as social housing and isn’t used for short-term holiday rentals.

  • You satisfy the standard, baseline credit criteria of the program’s finance partner.

Note: Townhouse and apartment owners are completely welcome to apply, provided your owners’ corporation grants approval for the solar or battery upgrade.
